How he got his legs: part 2

Here is page two of the comic. Now for some info

Belfier is the name of the pony, he is a Phoenix Pony or dubbed a Nixie.
His legs are black by birth but this comic makes it seem like he got colored.
Belfier has the personality equal to Rono from Bambi 2 but much nicer so his mood swings back and forth without reason.
In order to hear the sarcasm in his voice I would have to read it myself but that wont happen.
And yes, those are my unusual MSN people. They talk through symbols and are very expressive.
