She wanted an ice phoenix and here it is, shrunken down for the pleasure of using it as a siggy. I know most sites spaz with dev art so all anyone has to do is copy and paste the image into a program of their own, ene MSpaint and submit it somehow. If anyone dares to adopt Ice they must include near it '(c)SilverDragon'. Enjoy my friend. I did my best on this one but I screwed up badly with the apples so I just redid them like the fire ones.
